This master plan is an illustrative validation-stage concept for a proposed destination. It does not confirm land, financing, zoning, approvals, vendors, sponsors, grants, contractors, opening dates, attendance or revenue.

Vendors
The settings being tested for local food producers and makers, with indicative space counts. Nothing is released, allocated, leased or priced, and no businesses are selected.
Recognition
Named recognition opportunities positioned where they would sit on the site. Locations, contributions and terms are editable demonstration content, and no payment is being accepted.
Phases
A proposed sequence, not a schedule. Each area is grouped into the order the work would sensibly happen in. No layer has approval, funding or a date.
Development
Where the project actually stands. This layer marks the documented assessment work, not construction: no site work has started and no permit or contractor is confirmed.
Seasons and light
Four seasons and an evening view, because a year-round destination has to work in February at dusk, not only in July at noon. The plan opens on the season you are actually in.
