CommonGround is a proposed destination in concept development, validation, and partnership-building. Illustrations, maps, spaces, programs, prices, benefits, dates, and operating ideas may change or may not proceed.
Unless a page explicitly says Confirmed, website content does not confirm land, financing, zoning, approvals, vendors, sponsors, grants, contractors, attendance, revenue, or an opening date.
Submitting a survey, application, inquiry, property profile, or expression of interest does not create an offer, contract, approval, reservation, membership, purchase, employment relationship, partnership, or entitlement.
CommonGround may review, decline, prioritize, or request more information about a submission. A binding relationship exists only through a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

CommonGround does not currently process supporter, sponsorship, vendor, gift-card, or membership payments on this website. If payments are introduced later, the applicable price, taxes, cancellation rights, refund rules, and fulfillment conditions must be presented before payment.
